Riverside County Fair & National Date Festival 2025

Once again, PCE returned to the Riverside County Fair & National Date Festival in 2025, providing production at numerous key areas throughout the event space. Our Apex 2424 Mobile Stage played the role of the Action Stage—the fair's main performance space. We outfitted the Apex 2424 with all the usual lighting, banners, and audio, but twice a night during the fair's run, something unusual happened at this stage. A human cannonball launched himself over the Apex 2424 and into a net on the other side (watch the video on this page for footage of this unique feat).

Elsewhere on the fairgrounds, PCE brought the Pageant Stage to life, illuminating this Arabian-themed stage with special wash and stage lighting and providing audio for the numerous acts performing there. These ranged from musicians to theatrical performers to break dancers, with a little bit of everything in between.

PCE also built the Family Stage, a truss box stage (with a truss-built shade structure for the audience) complete with lighting and audio. Our team also outfitted the Balcony Stage with lights and audio. Finally, we built a few sections of truss towers to hang string lights and IP-rated fixtures to help liven up some of the fair's high-traffic thoroughfares.
