Pacific Symphony at Great Park Live

The Pacific Symphony made the new concert venue Great Park Live their home for their run of summer 2024 performances. As the official production partner of Great Park Live, PCE got a chance to produce each of these shows, including the Tchaikovsky Spectacular season finale depicted in this video.

These Pacific Symphony shows utilized the full range of Great Park Live's production capabilities. While the symphony brought in their own audio console and video cameras, this gear connected seamlessly to the permanent EAW PA system and Infiled LED video walls that PCE installed and maintains at Great Park Live. The house Chauvet and Vari-Lite lighting fixtures brought the show to life, and a Strong Lighting follow spot focused the audience's attention on the symphony's conductor, violin soloist, and any other person/areas of interest during the performance.

The Tchaikovsky Spectacular ended with a rendition of the iconic 1812 Overture, accompanied by a fireworks display. PCE was incredibly proud to play a part in bringing these prestigious and entertaining symphony shows to Great Park Live!
