The High End Systems USB DMX Super Widget is a compact DMX interface designed to expand the output capabilities of Hog 4 OS consoles and Hog 4 PC setups. Housed in a rugged, stackable aluminum enclosure, it provides four universes of DMX-512 output via 5-pin XLR connectors and supports up to 2,048 channels. The widget connects via USB and includes status LEDs for power and data monitoring, along with a Kensington security slot for added protection. Up to two units can be linked through a USB hub—except when used with the Road Hog 4, which supports only one—allowing for scalable DMX distribution in live production environments. When paired with Hog 4 PC, it also unlocks DMX over Art-Net and sACN protocols, making it a versatile solution for playback, backup, and portable control applications.
