The 20.5" Truss Grapple Bar is a heavy-duty connector designed for creating perpendicular or inline joins between 20.5" box truss segments without the need for corner blocks. Commonly used in stage rigging and structural event builds, it enables the formation of “T” sections with secure load distribution. Constructed from billet aircraft-grade 6061-T6 aluminum, the grapple bar is used in pairs and includes 5/8" x 4" bolts, washers, nuts, and protective spacers to prevent truss damage during installation. It supports up to 75% of the manufacturer’s rated load for the secondary truss, provided both ends are properly supported. Installation must be performed by qualified rigging personnel, and all load-bearing applications should be reviewed by a certified engineer.
